Shipping and Delivery

Products ordered from the JJHEITOR online store are shipped on business days, from Monday to Friday.

The average delivery time is 8 to 10 business days for:

Mainland Portugal
Azores and Madeira
other European Union countries

During promotional periods, sales, or Christmas, these delivery times may be subject to change.

Delivery is considered completed upon signature of the proof of receipt at the address provided. From that moment on, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.

JJHEITOR only guarantees correct delivery if the address provided is complete and accurate. Any subsequent changes to the address, delivery method, or requests for reshipment may result in additional costs to be borne by the customer.

The shipping service does not include prior scheduling, so delivery may occur without advance contact.

JJHEITOR also reserves the right to split an order into partial shipments. If this occurs, the customer will be informed by email and each shipment may be invoiced separately.
