Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are free of charge within Mainland Portugal, provided that:
- they are requested within 15 consecutive days after receiving the order
- and the item was not purchased on sale or as part of a promotional campaign
For the Portuguese Islands (Azores and Madeira) and all other countries, returns and exchanges are not free of charge.
In these cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by JJ Heitor Shoes. The applicable amount will be communicated by email.
For items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional campaign, only the amount actually paid for the item(s) will be refunded.
To proceed with a return or exchange, the customer must send the order by post, at their own expense, to:

Return Conditions
Items must be returned:
- in their original packaging
- undamaged
- and in the same condition in which they were sent
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
The refund will be processed within 10 business days after validation of the return.
If the item does not meet the conditions described above, the refund cannot be issued.
