• The consumer can choose between subsequently continue shopping or complete your order ;
• To continue shopping , consumers should repeat the process ;

• In " My bag " the consumer can update quantities and / or remove products. Is informed about the price (s) of product ( s ) and any charges for transportation, which in their sum is equal to the total order price;
• The purchase is done in 4 steps : ( 1 ) the consumer indicates the delivery address ; ( 2 ) confirms the shipping method and respective costs , if applicable; ( 3 ) select the payment method Paypal or Bank Transfer ; ( 4 ) confirms the data , finalizing the purchase.

A consumer dispute is resulting from a legal relationship of consumption, always with parts a consumer and a professional (which may, however, be concerned of each side, several consumers or various professionals). Business between private and business between professionals are not consumption.
