Products ordered through the JJHEITOR online store (at www.jjheitorshoes.com) will be shipped and delivered on weekdays, Monday to Friday.
The average delivery time varies between 8 and 10 weekdays to the mainland, islands and other EU countries.
When the order consists of product(s) not covered by any promotion that results in a discount on its price:
- there are no delivery costs to Mainland Portugal;
- there are no delivery costs to the Azores, Madeira and European Union countries if the order value exceeds 200 euros
- the cost of delivery to the Azores, Madeira and the European Union is 12.5 euros if the order value does not exceed 200 euros
When the order includes at least one product on sale, the following shipping costs apply:
- 6 euros for mainland Portugal;
- 25 euros for Azores, Madeira and 30 euros for European Union countries.
A product whose price discount result from the use of a voucher is not considered a product on sale and so we don´t apply any delivery expenses.
JJHEITOR does not guarantee the average delivery days during periods of promotions, sales and Christmas.
We can only guarantee successful delivery of an order if the shipping address of the products is accurately completed by the user.
The consumer should be alert to ensure the receipt of the order at the address indicated by them.
Any subsequent change of delivery address, alterations to the form of delivery as well as a second delivery of an order can cause additional expenses, which will be charged to the consumer.
As delivery service does not include an option for appointment scheduling or prior scheduling, delivery of the order can be made without contacting the consumer first.
JJHEITOR reserves the right to split the delivery of the products of an order and make these deliveries separately. In the case of separation of order, the customer will be notified by e-mail to this effect. For this purpose the e-mail address provided by the consumer at the time of order will be used. In the case of partial deliveries, JJHEITOR is entitled to invoice each delivery separately.
Upon receipt of the product, the Purchaser is obliged to check that the parcel has not been damaged during shipment. For any complaint to be investigated a complaint form must be completed in the presence of the courier company employee and JJHEITOR should be contacted within 24 (twenty-four) hours, using the contact details on the Site .
A delivery is considered to be complete or a product is considered delivered with the signature on the delivery receipt at the address provided.
From the moment the order is delivered and accepted, all claims and risks relating to products delivered are borne by the consumer.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product(s) purchased.
Product returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges within 15 days are free for mainland Portugal, if the item purchased corresponds to a product(s) not covered by any promotion. For other destinations we will send you an email indicating the amount to be charged.
In the case of returns of items purchased as part of commercial campaigns or promotions, you will only be credited or given the amount you actually spent on the purchase of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Return costs must be paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed by JJ Heitor Shoes.
To make a return or exchange, the customer must send the parcel they wish to return by post (to our premises) at their own expense.
Portugal Islands and Other Countries: we do not offer free returns or exchanges. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed by JJ Heitor Shoes.

The item(s) must be delivered complete in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were shipped.
Returned products will always be checked to ensure that they have been returned in the same condition as when they were sent. Only after this check is carried out will the return be validated and the refund made (within a maximum of 10 working days).
If the item is not in its original condition or if any of the return parameters are not respected, the refund will not be made.
