Para medir o tamanho do seu pé coloque-se num piso nivelado com o calcanhar contra uma superfície plana ou uma parede.

COMPRIMENTO DO PÉ

Meça o comprimento do seu pé colocando uma régua no chão a par da parte interior do seu pé, do calcanhar até à ponta dos dedos do pé.

Coloque um objeto com uma superfície plana em frente aos dedos dos pés, a tocar na ponta de seu dedo mais longo. Tome nota da medida (em milímetros) que vai desde o calcanhar até ao dedo mais longo. Esse é o comprimento do seu pé.

ESCOLHER O TAMANHO DOS SAPATOS

Se a medida do seu pé está entre dois tamanhos, escolha o maior. Pode também constatar que tem um pé maior que o outro e neste caso deve escolhersempre o sapato de tamanho maior.
